What do a national lingerie company and a funeral home have in common?

They both value and rely on their phone calls. And within five-minutes of each other, they both became new clients of Telephone On Hold this past week. Pretty diverse client base, huh?

So, while one will market new sexy-lines of underwear with a sassy voice and the other will discuss a full-range of funeral arrangements with a more solemn tone, they both have a message to communicate, and they both need to do it professionally.
