Without the telephone they would both be out of business. So, while one will market new sexy-lines of underwear with a sassy voice and the other will discuss a full-range of funeral arrangements with a more solemn tone, they both have a message to communicate, and they both need to do it professionally.

We joked with the funeral home director about the contrast in clients that we serve. After learning about the lingerie company he said, "Imagine if you sent their system to us by accident - how confused would our callers be?!" We both shared a good laugh.
